The Confidence Haven is a place where you don't have to worry about being forced to be someone you're not instead, you'll feel supported in moving through your struggles, being more of who you already are and feel good about it.
It's something that I wish existed years years ago. A place where a shy or quiet woman could go where she would know that someone has her back. This is about coming together to learn and grow. I'm not here to tell you what to do, how to do it and when. I'm here to encourage, inspire and support you to start listening to and trusting yourself more and experience inner confidence as a result. I'll remind you to focus on your truth. |

More about me
I discovered back in 2016 that throughout my childhood, I suffered from a severe anxiety disorder - selective mutism. I spent a large amount of that time only nodding and shaking my head in response to questions and that behaviour lasted up until around my mid-teens. It probably explains why I'm a lot stronger at the written word than spoken, not forgetting that I have introvert qualities as well.
Since 2008, I've always wanted to do something to support other women and over the course of a few years, I took courses in NLP, style coaching and professional coaching.
For a long time, I couldn't make up my mind about which direction to take but once I decided to listen to everyone else less about what I should or shouldn't do and listen to myself more, The Confidence Haven was born.
Since then, I've had my writing published on Tiny Buddha and Elephant Journal.
